Augratin Potatoes with Sour Cream
List of Ingredients
SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH SOUR CREAM (serves 4)
4 med. potatoes
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs, well beaten
2 TBL milk
3 TBL chopped chives (if you have them)
1/2 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350°. Cook the potatoes in lightly salted water until just tender. Allow to cool slightly, then peel
& slice. There should be 3 cups. Arrange the potatoes in a buttered shallow 1 1/2 qt baking dish. combine the
sour cream w/the beaten eggs, milk, chives, salt & pepper. Pour over the potatoes in the baking dish & sprinkle
w/cheese. Bake for about 30 minutes until heated through & light brown.
