2 cans cream of celery soup
2 8 oz cartons spreadable chive and onion cream cheese
1 pkg 2 lb frozen cubed hash brown potatos
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
In large microwave safe bowl, combine the soup and cream cheese. Coverr and cook on high for 3-4 minutes or until cream cheese is melted, stirring occassionally. Add the potatoes and stir until coated. Spoon into a greased 13 x 9 dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake 3-5 munutes longer or until the cheese is melted. Yields 10 servings. Recipe
