Cheese Cake Dip
Ingredients:
3 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
2 C. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
Recipe
Preparation:
Beat cream cheese, sugar and milk until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and vanilla. Store in fridge. Serve with angel food cake cubes and/or fresh fruit.
This could easily be made with reduced fat cream cheese, reduced fat Cool Whip and Splenda to make a low cal/low fat dip.
