Spinach Dip

List of Ingredients




1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 cup sour cream
1 package dry vegetable soup mix
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 (10 oz.) package spinach, thawed & drained
Onion

Combine all ingredients. Spread on rye bread or serve with crackers. We also like to serve it from a dark rye bread
bowl. (Scoop out center of a round, unsliced loaf of dark rye bread and place dip in center. Use remaining bread for
dipping).
