    Creamy Cilantro Dressing

    1 c mayo 1/3c whole milk 4 tsp finely minced cilantro 2 tsp lime juice 1 tsp white wine vinegar 1 tsp granulated sugar 1 tsp finely minced garlic 1 tsp finely minced onion 1/2 tsp salt 1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper 1/8 tsp ground black pepper 1/8 tsp ground cumin Whisk together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and chill. Makes 1 1/4 cups
