    1/3 C Gorganzola
    5 cloves crushed garlic
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 Tbsp olive oil
    2 Tbsp white vinegar

    Mash Gorganzola and mix with garlic.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
