My 8 yo son desperately needs a GF dies so the entire family is changing to it. I have been trying for months to learn more how to cook/bake & have checked out numerous books from the library. Your website has been more beneficial to me that all the books combined. Thank you, bless you, for all you have done to help the GF community.

Am trying to get my little boy(he's number 3 of 4 under 5yrs) set up on a gluten free dairy free acidic food and sugar free diet your recipes are a great start thank heaven for the internet and the generous people like yourself that share your expertise and experience a million thanks
