    1 Cup Flour 1/4 tsp Poultry seasoning
    2 tsp Garlic salt 1/2 Cup Milk
    1 tsp Pepper 1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp paprika 1 Frying Chicken-Roaster size.

    Recipe



    Mix dry ingredients.
    Mix milk and egg.
    Dip chicken in liquid, then dip chicken into flour mixture, coat, and fry in oil until done.
