    List of Ingredients





    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    3 T. milk
    1 pkg. strawberry jello
    1 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. flour

    Recipe



    Cream butter; add sugar, egg, and bananas. In seperate bowl, mix jello, milk, and baking soda. Add butter mixture. Sift baking powder and flour; add to butter mixture. Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until done.
