    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    2 T. sugar
    1 T. ground cinnamon
    8 slices of french bread or any kind of bread
    2 to 3 T. margarine

    Recipe



    Combine first four ingredients in a shallow pan and mix well. Trim bread crusts, if desired. Melt margarine in a fry pan. Dip bread in the egg mixture and fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar and maple syrup.
