1 (16oz) roll of sausage, browned, drained, & crumbled
2 c. cheddar cheese croutons
5 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard


Recipe



Place croutons in buttered 8 inch square baking pan. Sprinkle sausage over croutons. Combine remaining ingredients in a medium bowl; put over sausage and croutons. Bake 25 minutes, or until eggs are set. To serve cut into rectangles.
