Cheesy Beef Stroganoff

1 lb. lean ground beef
2 cups boiling water
3 cups egg noodles, uncooked
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
1 tsp. onion powder
Recipe
Heat oven to 350ºF. Brown meat in skillet; drain. Spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Stir in boiling water and noodles; cover. Bake 25 min. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake, uncovered, 10 min. or until VELVEETA is melted.
