    8 oz dried rotini pasta
    1 16 oz pkg frozen stir fry vegetables
    2 10 � oz cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cups milk
    � cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
    � tsp black pepper
    2 cups chopped cooked chicken (about 10 oz)
    2 cups cubed French bread
    2 tbls butter or margarine (melted)
    � tsp garlic powder
    1 tbls fresh parsley; snipped

    Preheat oven to 350. Cook rotini according to package, except add the stir fry vegetables for the last 5 minutes of cooking; drain well. Meanwhile in a large bowl stir together soup, milk, mayo and pepper. Stir in cooked pasta mixture and chicken. Spoon pasta into an ungreased 9 x 13 pan. In a medium bowl toss bread cubes with melted butter and garlic powder. Sprinkle over pasta. Bake, uncovered for 30 � 35 minutes or until heated through and bread crumbs are golden brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with parsley.
