Chicken Bacon Ranch

6-8 slices bacon cut into 1”
6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg dry ranch dressing
1 block cream cheese, cubed
butter (just a couple thin slices to dot the top) – skim off the top before serving
Recipe
Layer in crockpot in order given. DO NOT STIR FOR AT LEAST 8 HOURS. Stir occasionally for the next
couple hours. Serve over a bed of rice. We love to eat this with some Texas Toast or breadsticks.
