Three Bean Chili Chowder

List of Ingredients
1 large onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. oil
1 green pepper, chopped
15½ oz can kidney beans, drained & rinsed
15 oz can pinto beans, drained & rinsed
15 oz can black beans, drained & rinsed
2 14½ oz cans stewed tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup picante sauce
1 tsp. cumin
½ tsp. salt
shredded monterey jack cheese
Recipe
Cook onion in oil until tender. Do not brown. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Ladle into bowls and top with cheese.
