    4-5 lbs beef roast

    1 pkg of dry ranch dressing mix

    1 envelope brown gravy or Au jus

    1 stick of butter

    10 pepperoncini peppers

    Throw your roast in the crockpot and sprinkle both seasoning packets over. Throw a stick of butter on top and your pepperoncini's. Cook on low 8-10 hours. I take out the peppers before eating, but you wouldn't have to.
    It is the best flavored roast!! Good to eat on its own, I also use it for beef and noodles, and makes great hot beef sandwiches, too!
