    No Cook Marshmallow Frosting

    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs whites
    3/4 c. white karo syrup
    1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. sugar

    Recipe



    Add salt to the egg whites and beat until mixture forms soft peaks. Gradually at sugar (1 T. at a time), beating until smooth and glassy. Slowly add Karo syrup, beating thoroughly after each addition, until firmly peaked. Fold in vanilla. If desired tint with food coloring. Makes enough to frost 2 (9 inch) layers.
