Mexican Crockpot Casserole

1 pound ground Beef
1 med onion chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 small cans tomato sauce
3 Tbs Pace Picante sauce (med)
2 cans Ranch Beans
1 lb grated med cheddar
1 pkg small flour tortillias

Brown beef with onion ,garlic,salt and pepper,then add tomato sauce, picante, and beans,heat thru. Layer in 3 1/2 quart crockpot ,sauce,cheese tortilla,repeating until full,top with a tortilla and more shredded cheese. Cook on low at least 5 to 8 hrs,you can cook 1 hour on high and finish on low for 2 hrs. But the flavors mix so much better cooked on low. Top individual servings with sour cream and serve with tortilla chips
