2 C. Flour
2 tsp baking powder
l/2 tsp salt
l/4 C. Egg beaters
l/4 C. Sugar
l/4 C. butter or margarine, melted
l C. Chocolate or cinnamon chips
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 C. skimmed milk



Recipe



Combine flour, salt, cinnamon and baking powder. In a different bowl blend milk, egg, sugar, chips & butter. Add flour mixture all at once and mix until moist--it will be lumpy. Spoon into greased muffin tins.

Bale 400 for 20 min.
