    Cream:

    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening

    Add:

    3/4 c. strawberry jam
    2 c. flour
    1/3 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon

    Use a mixer to blend. Bake at 350 for 20 min.
