Pineapple Cream Pie

2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, softened
4 eggs
3 T. all-purpose flour
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. vanilla
9-inch unbaked pie crust
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend together sugar and butter with spoon in a medium bowl. Add eggs and flour. Stir in pineapple and vanilla. Pour into crust. Place pie pan on cookie sheet. Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
