    Pork chops & scalloped potatoes

    4-6 bone in or boneless pork chops.
    5-6 peeled and thinly sliced potatoes (i use small russet or regular size yukon golds)
    1 small onion sliced
    1 can of cheddar cheese soup
    Salt and pepper to taste.

    In large electric skillet, sear both sides of pork chops that have been lightly seasoned with salt and pepper. Layer sliced potatoes and onions on top, add can of cheddar cheese soup and i fill the can up with water and rinse, pour over soup and gently mix some. Salt and pepper, cover with lid and reduce heat to a simmer turning potatoes and chops occasionally so they don't burn. Simmer about 30 min or until the potatoes are tender.
