    Creamy Scalloped Potatoes

    6 to 8 med potatoes, peeled and cubed

    1 (8oz) pkg Velveeta cheese, cubed

    1 (8oz) jar Hellmann's mayonnaise

    1 pkg bacon, cooked & crumbled

    1/2 onion, diced

    Recipe



    Boiled cubed potatoes and diced onions until just tender.

    Drain and add cubed cheese, mayo, and 1/2 crumbed bacon.

    Spread into a lightly greased 9x13 casserole dish. Top with remaining bacon and Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until just bubbly.
