2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. butter
1 can cheese soup
1 soup can of milk
1 pt. sour cream
2 Tbsp. instant onions
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. dried onion rings

Recipe



Mix together all ingredients, except dried onion rings. Bake in a 9- by 13-inch pan at 350 F for 45 minutes. Before the last 15 minutes, top with the dried onion rings
