Twice baked Potato Casserole

6 medium unpeeled potato, baked
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 cups sour cream
2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, choppedRecipe
Cut baked potatoes into 1-inch cubes, place half in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Top with half of the salt and pepper, bacon, sour cream, and cheeses. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle top with green onions.
