    Frozen Pineapple Punch

    List of Ingredients




    2 boxes lemon Jell-O
    1 c sugar
    2 c hot water

    Stir and dissolve

    Add:

    2 cans pineapple juice
    4 lemons (juiced)

    Freeze into 4-1 qt containers.

    Pour 2 quarts ginger ale over 1 qt of frozen mixture in a punch bowl and let stand 30 minutes before serving.

    This recipe using 8 quarts of ginger ale over the frozen mixture.
