English Pea Salad

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Frozen English Peas
1 cup (4 ounces) sharp Cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained
6 small gherkins, chopped gherkins (little sweet pickles)
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
tomato slices
Recipe
Cook peas according to directions. Do not over cook as you want them firm. Combine peas and next 8 ingredients; mix well. Chill. Serve with tomato slices. Yield: 6 servings.
