    1 pkg. (12 oz.) spiral (Rotelle) pasta

    1 can pitted black olives, sliced

    1 c. chopped green pepper

    1/4 lb. hard salami, cut in thin strips

    1 sm. red onion, chopped

    1/4 c. chopped parsley

    1 tbsp. capers (opt.)

    3/4 c. Wishbone Italian Dressing

    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse in cold water and drain. In a large bowl combine olives, peppers, salami, onion, cheese, parsley, capers and dressing. Add pasta and toss well. Serve cold - better if made the night before.

    NOTE: As salami is high in fat, you may wish to substitute tuna fish or leftover chicken pieces or simply add more vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower or carrots.
