2 (3-oz.) packages orange-flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 pint orange sherbet
1 (8 1/2-oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 (8 1/2-oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a large heatproof bowl. Add orange sherbet and stir until completely combined. Add other ingredients, folding in the whipped cream last. Chill until firm.
