    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 qt. water
    1 c. diced celery
    1 med onion, chopped
    2 1/2 c. potato (diced)
    5 bouillon chicken cubes
    salt & pepper
    2 pkg. California blend vegetables (frozen)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

    Recipe



    Cook in water, celery, onion and potato. Add bouillon, salt and pepper. Cook potatoes are soft (about 15 minutes) Keep water. Add vegetables and soup, cook over medium heat. Add cheese, cook on low heat until cheese melts. Real good, and the flavor is great
