Chunky Beef Noodle Soup

List of Ingredients
1 lb. round steak, cubed
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. vegetable oil
2 c. water
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained
1 can beef broth
1 c. uncooked egg noodles
Recipe
Cook and stir beef, onion and garlic in oil in Dutch oven until beef is brown. Stir in water, chili powder, salt, oregano, tomatoes and broth; heat to boiling. Cover and simmer until beef is tender 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Stir in noodles; simmer uncovered until noodles are tender.
