Chunky Turkey Vegetable Soup

•1 cup cooked turkey, diced
•1 can (14oz) chicken broth
•2 cups water
•2 cups assorted cut up vegetables (can substitute 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen mixed vegetables.
•1 envelope Italian salad dressing & recipe mix
•1 cup minute brown rice, uncooked
•2 Tbls chopped fresh parsleyRecipe
Combine turkey, broth, water, vegetables and salad dressing mix. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley. Let stand 5 minutes.
