    Grandma Irene's Favorite Recipes Cookbook

    List of Ingredients




    8-10 slices thick bacon
    1 lg. onion
    1 (16oz) can corn, drained
    3 c. potatoes, boiled and cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk

    Recipe



    Brown bacon in skillet; break into bite size pieces. Add chopped onion and brown. Add the corn and simmer. Add the cooked, cubed potatoes, milk and salt. Simmer about 10 minutes before serving.
