    2 cans diced potatoes
    2 cans chopped green chilis
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    2 cans evaporated milk (16oz)
    1 pkg of diced ham
    2 blocks of pepper jack cheese(cubed) 16oz
    2 cups water

    Recipe



    Add all ingredients into crock pot and set on low...let simmer all day or until cheese melts thoroughly
