PARTY CHICKEN
8 chicken breasts, skinned
8 slices bacon, regular sliced
1 can undiluted mushroom soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 4-oz. pkg. chipped beef
Recipe
Line bottom of a glass dish (8 x 12 x 2-inches) with
chipped beef. Wrap breasts with 1 piece of bacon and arrange
on chipped beef. Mix soup and sour cream and pour over all.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. When ready to
serve, bake 3 hours at 275 degrees.
Note: Do not add salt to this recipe, the chipped beef
and bacon season. This recipe is so easy and may be cut in
half. This recipe also freezes well after baked.
