½ CUP POWDER SUGAR
1 ½ CUP FLOUR
½ CUP CORNSTARCH
CREAM BUTTER, ADD SUGAR AND MIX UNTIL FLUFFY.
FOLD IN FLOUR AND CORNSTARCH.
REFRIGERATE FOR 30 MINUTES.
FORM INTO 1” BALLS.
ARRANGE 2 “ APART ON COOKIE SHEET.
FLATTEN WITH BOTTOM OF SUGARED GLASS.
ICING:
½ CUP UNSALTED BUTTER
1 CUP SIFTED POWDER SUGAR
1 TSP LEMON JUICE
CREAM BUTTER. GRADUALLY ADD SUGAR, BEATING UNTIL FLUFFY BEAT IN LEMON JUICE.
