2 ½ CUPS SIFTED FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING SODA
½ TSP CREAM OF TARTAR
1 ½ CUPS GRANULATED SUGAR
1 CUP BUTTER
3 EGG YOLKS
1 TSP VANILLA
BEAT TOGETHER THE BUTTER AND SUGAR. IN SEPARATE BOWL, BEAT TOGETHER FOR 3 MINUTES, EGG YOLKS AND VANILLA. COMBINE THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS AND MIX TOGETHER.
