List of Ingredients
2 10-ounce packages of frozen chopped spinach
12 ounces ricotta cheese
1 egg
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of salt and pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 whole wheat piecrust
Recipe
Boil the spinach for 3 minutes, drain well--make sure you get as much moisture out of the spinach before continuing. Mix all the remaining ingredients together and pour into the pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the middle of the pie comes out clean.
