List of Ingredients
3/4lb beef stew meat, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 (16oz) can chili beans in mild sauce, undrained
1 (14oz) can stewed tomatoes, drained
1 (10oz) package frozen chopped green bell pepper (about 3 cups) [I used fresh}
1 cup chopped onion
1 T salt free mexican seasoning [I used Emeril's Mexican Essence]
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
8 tsp chopped fresh cilantro
Recipe
Place first 6 ingredients into a 6 quart electric slow cooker. Stir Well. Cover with lid, cook on high-heat setting for 1 hour. Reduce heat setting, and cook 7 hours.
Ladle chili into soup bowls, top with sour cream and cilantro
