    Verda Crenshaw made this for a party in Aruba when we lived there in the early 80's. She shared this recipe with me. It is so good.

    List of Ingredients




    Layer these in order in a 9 x 13 pan.

    1st layer:
    2 large cans bean dip or refried beans

    2nd layer:
    2 mashed avocados (6 tsp. lemon juice mixed in)

    3rd layer: (Mixed well together)
    1 cup sour cream
    ½ cup mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning

    4th layer
    2 tomatoes, chopped

    5th layer
    ¼ cup onion, chopped

    6th layer
    1 cup sliced ripe olives

    7th layer
    6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Make in morning and refrigerate until party and then serve with Doritos, Fritos or Nachos
