    My sister, Leslie, and I had Martini’s on our June 2004 sojourn to the waterfront in San Diego. Leslie had the Mexican Martini and I tasted hers. It was divine. After some experimentation I came up with this recipe.

    List of Ingredients




    Makes 2 Martinis

    2 oz. Tequila
    1 oz. Rose’s lime juice
    1 oz. orange liqueur
    2 Jalepeno stuffed jumbo green olives
    2 chilled Martini glasses


    Recipe



    Fill a shaker half full with ice. Add the alcohol and close the shaker. Shake well and strain liquid into two chilled Martini glasses. Add a jalepeno stuffed green olive to each glass and serve immediately. Wonderful with lightly salted mixed nuts. Enjoy.
