(or milk nut, as my daughter, Jen, used to say when she was little)
List of Ingredients
6 good fresh eggs
1 quart half and half or light cream
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
nutmeg, freshly ground
Recipe
Beat the eggs until lemony colored and thick. Add sugar, vanilla and cream. Beat until well mixed. Chill well and serve with a sprinkling of fresh ground nutmeg. May also add a shot of favorite liquor.
