Frozen Lime Margarita’s

From a 3/1983 cooking class given by Sue Bailey when we lived in Aruba.
List of Ingredients
lime slices
salt
6 oz. fresh lime juice
6 oz. water
6 oz. tequila
4 oz. triple sec
¼ powdered sugar
1 tray of ice (2 cups)
Recipe

Pour a generous amount of salt in a saucer. Rub the rim of 6 margarita glasses with a lime slice then dip and twirl the rims of the glasses in the salt.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until the ice is “icee” consistency. Pour into glasses
OR:
1 can frozen limeade
1 can tequila
½ can triple sec or other orange liqueur such as Contreau
1 can water
2 cups of ice
