    We, thanks to friend Doodle, had a similar version of this in Phoenix in June of 2003 called a Prickly Pear Margarita and the honey and sugar on the rim was a nice touch. The Pomegranate juice is wonderful. 9/10/2003


    List of Ingredients




    1 12 oz. can of frozen limeade
    1/2 can of tequila
    1/2 can pomegranate juice
    1/4 can oz. Orange liqueur
    2 cups of crushed ice

    Garnish:
    Honey
    Sugar (Sugar in the Raw is nice)
    Sliced Limes

    Recipe



    Place ingredients into blender jar and whir until smooth. Garnish margarita glasses by swirling the rims in a flat plate of honey and then swirling them in a flat plate of sugar.

    Pour the margarita into the glass and garnish with a lime slice.
