    List of Ingredients




    2 pkg. Jiffy Cornbread mix
    2 stick butter, melted
    4 eggs
    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 cup small onion, chopped
    1 box chopped broccoli, thawed and drained

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 9 X 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 F for 40 - 45 minutes or until done. Check after 30 minutes. Serve warm.
