    1-1/2 cup cornmeal
    3/4 cup all purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2-1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 beaten eggs
    1-1/2 cups milk



    Recipe



    Mix eggs and milk together and then blend with dry ingredients. Melt 2 Tbs. Crisco in 10" cast iron skillet in preheating oven. Pour batter into hot skillet and bake at 350-400 for 20-25 minutes.
