Ever Ready Bran Muffins

List of Ingredients
1 – 15 oz. box raisin bran cereal
5 cup all purpose flour
3 cup sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
1 cup vegetable oil
Recipe
Combine first 5 ingredients in a very large bowl; make a well in the center of the mixture. Add eggs, buttermilk and oil. Stir just enough to moisten dry ingredients. Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to use (up to 6 weeks).
When ready to use spoon batter into greased muffin tins; filling each cup to 2/3 full. Bake at 400 F for 12 to 15 minutes.
Yield 5 ½ dozen
