FRENCH SILK CHOCOLATE PIE

List of Ingredients
- RITZ CRACKER CRUST:
- 20 Ritz crackers, crushed
- 3 egg whites, beaten
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c chopped pecans
- FILLING:
- 1/2 c butter
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Cream butter or margarine.
- Gradually add sugar, creaming well.
- Blend in vanilla & chocolate.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition on medium speed.
- Turn into Ritz crust & chill several hours before serving.
- Garnish with whipped topping, chocolate curls, & toasted pecans.
