List of Ingredients
2 tbsp. butter
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
14 oz. sweet and condensed milk
2 cups pecans
1/2 cup maraschino cherries,
10 oz. mini marshmallows
1 tsp. almond extract Recipe
In a saute pan, toast the pecans until golden. Cool and set aside. Chop the cherries into small pieces. Set aside. In a saucepan, melt the milk chocolate chips with the milk and butter. Remove this mixture from the heat and add the cherries, marshmallows, pecans, and almond extract. Mix well to combine. Spread this mixture onto a parchment or waxed paper lined 13x9 inch pan. Chill for two hours…cut and serve.
