    MISSOURI HILLBILLY BAR B Q RUB

    1 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon of the following:
    accent
    garlic powder
    cayenne pepper (less if you wish)
    meat tenderizer
    paprika
    1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

    Recipe



    Mix this together and put a heavy coat on your ribs, chicken,steaks or what ever and marinate for several hours or overnight. Seal in plastic bag. Grill and you will not believe how wonderful this is Use some of the juice to pour over your meat while it is cooking. The meat is very tender and juicy with much flavor and wonderful color.
